Great place to live. Everyone was really friendly and noise was non existent. Great starter apartment, I do have to say maybe more upgrades in the apartments but other than that everything was nice.

Between Morgan Budesilich and Ryan Killingsworth, it is easy to feel well taken care of here at Sunfield Lakes. The prompt and friendly responses from Morgan concerning any problems that arise, to the next day or sometimes sooner (!) visits from Ryan to tackle any problem are just incredible. Thank you both so much for making living here a real joy. From a clogged drain fixed the same day to a difficult bulb to replace in a day, you guys are the best!

Wow, problems fixed in 2 min on the same day of request! I thought I would be waiting until next week. Ryan Killingsworth came by but didn't know if I was home. He called to check and then came back. He is polite, friendly and responsive to a tee! Problems solved and helpful hints to prevent reoccurrence. Thank you so much!
