It's been a pretty sweet spot with the pond, ducks and lots of trees. Much more pleasant than some apartment complexes. But getting around the complex can be tricky because of a long fence along the street. That is only an issue for certain buildings in the complex, so you can easily avoid the issue depending on where your apartment is. Nice to have the park nearby for dog-walking. Overall, not a bad experience at all.

Ever since new management has taken over this year it has been a much more positive and friendly place to live.

PSA for any prospective tenants. I would be absolutely CERTAIN before placing any funds down to "hold" the unit you want because if you change your mind you will not get your money back very fast or even within a normal amount of time (as I've learned my lesson and currently paying the price for it). I was interested in a unit here and was told if I wanted to apply and also to prevent them from further showing the unit or having other people apply or put money down first that I needed to make a $400 hold - which is not a very honest practice in the first place, in my opinion. Anyway, I decided not to move forward with them & notified them pretty quickly about this.... and, while yes I did make that choice to put down the hold deposit, it was never communicated to me that it wouldn't be refunded back to my account. Instead their accounting department only issues refunds via paper check (back to the apartment) through the mail from Utah! It has been over 2 weeks now waiting for my $400 back (less the processing fees, too) and while I expected some wait time, this is far longer than is acceptable. As of today the apartment manager has said they are still waiting from the accounting department to confirm they are issuing refund checks because they are only allowed to request in batches 2x a month. When will I get my money back? I have requested they escalate the matter and send it directly to me because I never was a resident there, and I still have rent to pay. I do not think this is an unreasonable request.

Rent is High!! Lock your vehicle at night. Nice Location. Pool is amazing. Very unsafe parking lot. Poop everywhere gross. Neighbors are loud. Kids in parking lot very unsafe. Neighbors like to stay up way to late and keep everyone is my house awake. Trash overflowing. Rent will increase by alot after a year of leasing. Do better Sunfield lakes. To many fee's.

Ryan did a great job. Got it done fast and the problem was completely solved.
