My daughter and I just moved in, and we LOVE it here! Billy is incredible, and made the entire process seamless. Our new space is so bright and open, and the energy here is wonderful. I adore Sherwood and the walkability of our neighborhood. So excited to begin our next chapter at Sunfield Lakes!

The office and maintenance staff here have always been very responsive, friendly and great to work with. Ive never had to wait for more than a day or two to get minor issues solved and for any issue even remotely big there is a response that same day. Things are corrected professionally and in a timely manner. Great job by all involved, makes it really comforting to live here.

My daughter is renting an apartment from here. It is quite expensive! I did a walk through looking for things that they will try to ding her for when she moves out and I'm ad that I did. There were a lot of things that need to be repaired or replaced. A cabinet that that was not even attached to the counter. Electric outlets that are broken or ones that have the reset in them that don't work!

I had problems with my garage not opening and Sunfield Lakes management and maintenance team addressed and fixed it right away.

It was just OK for an in between space, not a home...for me anyway. The only ventilation comes from the bathroom fan that sounds like thunder and funnels the smells from adjoining neighbors into your space. Staff was nice enough, but there was a bit of "strong arming" at the exit, when it wasn't necessary. There is NO air conditioning, so beware of the second floor...you will cook! The plus, you're close to conveniences.
