The management team is very friendly and professional. I discovered the day I moved in that I needed a couple things fixed by maintenance and they were there that day to fix the items....very quick response time.

This is a great place to live and Billy and Morgan in the front office are very responsive and easy to work with. The apartments available (particularly the ones that aren't renovated) tend to be older. Management is good at fixing repairs in a timely manner. My only "complaint" are the twice yearly inspections that occur during the work day which can be a challenge if you have a pet and need to be present. It's a small "complaint." Finally, the location can't be beat!

Toured the property. Wonky floor plans, not very spacious & overall not suitable for 2 adults, a teenager and an office. The price was more expensive & less spacious than another complex 15min away. The person who gave us the tour was very nice,
