I just moved in and my experience has been GREAT!!! The office staff has been so helpful. Easy to deal with. EDRA the office Manager has been AMAZING. She is very helpful. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. My apartment is very clean and spacious. NO parking issues. No trash buildup. Not noise at all. Very Peaceful.... I absolutely love it..

Issue #1: Noise complaints were not waived THE day of move in. Issue #2: Forced eviction with no way to fight it. Issue #3: Will not contact residence back for collection agency information and has caused a couple to become homeless, even with money in front of them. - cannot move on with our lives until they contact us with some information. (Blocked our number without any verbal abuse.) Issue 4: Absolutely unprofessional staff in main office, will try and confront issues, but tell you "There is nothing to discuss here.." *** I have lived in an apartment community for over 20 years and this is by far the worst of them all. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KEEP RENTAL RECORD CLEAR!! - Will be sewing them in court for the wrong doings on a perfectly responsible couple who have always paid rent on time and took care of maintenance responsibilities themselves.

Pros: Convenient location, maintenance works hard, pleasant office staff, gym, pool, near a public park, pet friendly, fireplaces, garages available, parking is adequate, nicely landscaped. Cons: Noise level or lack of sound-proofing between units is somewhat inferior to that of other properties, not a non-smoking property which means you keep your windows always closed.

Pros: Location, maintenance works hard, pleasant office staff Cons: No such thing as quiet hours, no contract enforcement beyond collecting rent, rundown, will not evict disruptive disorderly residents even if the police are involved multiple times, turns a blind eye to piling up garbage with maggots on decks, drug problems noted on police reports, loud raucous parties, you will never sleep if you're unfortunate to have a disrespectful neighbor who breaks all the rules without consequences. High rent, low quality.

This place is a joke! High rent, crappy apartments and complex. pool sucks, weight room sucks, hot tubs suck, no parking, VERY RUDE people who work here, especially Erin is very rude and abrubt when confronted. Stay away!
