A great relaxing place to live.

I enjoy Sunfield Lakes very much. Great staff, maintenance request are answered at a timely matter. Just wish that the year round jacuzzi was working!!

The facade is nice, but it's more of a facade. Very noisy.... if you want something fixed like black mold because water is coming in like a sprinkler through your window good luck. Management is odd, and ownership does not like certain arrangements.. so you often get notices, about what you're doing wrong! Suggest you join the Y. Close to old Town, better like kids playing in the parking lots.. would be wise to bark dust the standing water, but I'm not ownership... let me also add that I've never lived in a property where they come on to your property to photograph your "mess" or in our case bamboo, lights, and Omg garbage container! That is a first. It's a service the complex provides, but I'd have more respect if ownership knocked on our door or provided storage bins for unsightly garbage cans, privacy just went out the window.. could seriously use some profesionalism. ..

Great apartment, beautiful grounds. The leasing manager is not my favorite person, woukd rather deal with one of the women associates.

Great place to live and raise a family! I was a resident there for 3 years and always had a great customer experience when it came to interacting with the staff and maintenance. The apartment complex is perfectly located next to shopping and dining. I would highly recommend Sunfield Lakes to any family looking for a great place to live! Just ask for Edra or Billy and they will take care of you!

Will be my 3rd year living at Sunfield, I have had an excellent experience. Staff is friendly, prompt on maintenance requests. Both the interior and exterior is frequently updated. Only downside for me is small parking spots. I would recommend others to live here.

I had it better in the armed service, High rent, crappy thin walled generic apartments, pool sucks, weight room sucks, hot tubs suck, no parking, cars speeding in to entry way, noisy neighbors, barking dogs, wasn't told there would be a 30lb plus dog above me when I moved in 3 years ago and don't complain to the people who work here they do thing about it. Stay away
