Itâs a nice place to live. Like all apartment complexes, things that need to be done move slowly at times. The staff here is attentive and as helpful as they can be. Love the lakes and trees. And the ducks. I wish we didnât have trash pickup but could have the trash receptacles open all the time. But otherwise itâs great living here.

Clean, quiet, well-maintained, management is available and responsive when there are maintenance issues. I've been here 8 months now. No complaints!

Getting maintenance was never a hassle, office staff were super helpful, neighbors were great. Great area, short walk to everything.

Pros: Convenient location, maintenance works hard, pleasant office staff, gym, pool, near a public park, pet friendly, fireplaces, garages available, parking is adequate, nicely landscaped.
Cons: Noise level or lack of sound-proofing between units is somewhat inferior to that of other properties, not a non-smoking property which means you keep your windows always closed.

I've been living here for 5+ years. I love the location, being really close to shopping and the schools is a plus for me and my kids. The complex is great and has a lot of space for the kids to play. We spend a lot of time at the pool in the summer ð
I like all of the upgrades they have been making over the last few months.
The office staff is amazing and while I am sad to see Edra leave, I am super excited that Billy is our new manager! He always really helpful and has a smile ð
