By the looks of the outside/inside of the apartments, I honestly wasn't expecting the great mantainance service we received. One call is all it took.

Sadly this apartment complex is a façade pretending to be that which it is not upscale, but I understand its an apartment complex. The reviews you read on the companys web sight are all positive, red flag right their. So let me begin. massive structural damage to this complex i.e to my bedroom window rain comes right in, was told it would be fixed still has not, so we have black mold.... One window wont shut. FYI the ownership or management actually took pictures of peoples garbage bins posted pictures of the bin, and apartment # Never have I seen this before. The complex boast of the garbage being picked up as an amenity, but lately the company who they have hired has been less than on the ball.. I'm very kid friendly as are the people living here, but the parking lot is not a play ground Sherwood host multiple playgrounds for kids, and there are even a few in apartment grounds. Our new neighbors may be operating an illegal child day care up above as their seems to be non stop coming and going multiple kids, and the noise is unbearable. I wonder why management, or ownership is unaware of this or blind to it, and the trash the kids are leaving all over the lawn, not to mention the danger playing on the electrical box outside. our apartment was told bamboo, and lights were a No, No? Obviously when this place was built they failed to put in any kind of insulation so you can literally hear every song, footstep, crash fall, loudest place if ever lived in....... I'm actually very concerned about the tenants above me as their youngest often times is wondering half naked in the parking lot, sever months ago a child was accidently killed by a car backing up who did not see the boy or girl similar complex and in Sherwood. Lots of dangers for children hot tubs that have been neglected no longer in use, ponds, ect. yes a pool open about maybe one month out of the year. The location is good. but if you are looking for an upstairs that sounds like a gymnasium to you this might be a great fit, or a complex that is more interested in photographing garbage bins than fixing problems. We are approaching our 6th year here at Sunfield. We started out with a 3 bedroom and after 3 years downsized to a 2 bed. The management staff has changed three times since we moved here. Apartment living was a change after home owernership for over 45 years. The current staff is very responsive and seems to be organizing and maintaining the property better. The rooms are large and a 2/bed 2/bath is approximately 1100 sq ft. Hard to find that size today. Overall we are very satisfied living here.
