As a new applicant, it is a common practice to ask questions about the property and it’s nearby location. However, Sunfield Lakes leasing office phone always goes straight to voicemail mode for weeks. I’ve tried the email option and guess what? They don’t respond at all unless the manager shows up to work or decides to read them in a few days. I’m hoping the district manager does some reassessment on his people. The manager is too laxed and does not care about people’s needs. He puts the leasing front office on auto-pilot hoping the management will run itself. Prospective applicants can try it for themselves if they can get any response. In my opinion, this manager has a unique style of leadership; too laxed & uncaring. How about a new management soon, Mr. District Manager?

I have 2 big dogs and couldn't find a place to live that accepted pets their size. I was so relieved when I learned SUNFIELD LAKES APARTMENTS was a pet friendly place. I mean they REALLY are. There is even a small enclosed dog park on the complex grounds! The apartment complex has a great curb appeal, excellent managment and maintenance support teams, the apartment units are very good looking and well laid out, some of them located around the ponds (that help you forget you're living in the city), and for the most part, excellent neighbors. Also I wasn't expecting the great mantainance service we received. One call/email is all it takes to get Maintaince to come out to fix your problem. ? I don't regret even for a second to had lived here. All in all, an excellent place.

The location and complex are really nice. Well maintained with attractive grounds. Good family centered place. Staff and management were really helpful with getting the lease set up and navigating my challenges of being newly divorced. They seem to really care.
