There are so many considerations that go into rating an apartment. But the generals like maintenance I would give a 2.5. Either they didn't know how to fix certain things or weren't interested. Management staff, one of them seemed almost genuinely friendly but was always professional when the office was open. Since I stayed home and was able to go to the office whenever, even when their sign said they should be back and weren't, on the regular...whatever. I give that one staff person a 3. Grounds up keep 4, trash and recycling 2. So glad home in Camas was finished. Sherwood is not a place for everyone.
