Nice open units. Rent Very high. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pet friendly. Tenants need to clean there patio very dirty... Parking lot unsafe. Ants in Kitchen. Teenager's trying to open vehicles. Walking distance from Target that is very nice. Having a awesome roommate makes all the difference.

Maintenance crew- Ishmael is the best! Very affable, talented, can fix anything. I am sorry to say he has been in my apartment frequently since I moved in but never for a repeat repair! He fixes it right the first time and in a timely manner, thank goodness.

My refrigerator had minor issues every now and then. When it happened a third time, mamanagement decided to replace it. Maintenance employees always do a great job when they have to come and and fix something. Thank you!

How can you not help such a precious little gem? This guy fell out of his nest right in front of me and could easily be put back in his nest with a ladder. The lazy maintenance guy who is on the clock (and has a pet bird) couldn't be bothered with it, yet he says he puts baby birds back in their nests all the time, then he says if i put it back the parents will reject it. (That last part is a myth) I could have simply climbed up a ladder and done it myself if i had one. The parents are waiting for their baby to be put back, it's very sad. You have your good people and your lazy people in the world and id say that's one downright mean lazy deed.

The only good thing about this place is the spacious units and the distance to major stores. Cops like to park right on Century dr. and harass apartment dwelers by ticketing them often. Morgan the manager should be replaced due to unfair housing practices. Absolutely the worst place I've stayed yet.
