Today this grandma is thankful for Ryan in maintenance! A few days ago my oven started malfunctioning and I was on point for cookies, a cake and pies for our family Thanksgiving. At first we thought there was no solution but Ryan did not give up until he had Nanna up and baking! Ryan is competant, professional, cares about the tenants, and is just a great guy. A big shout out to Ryan for saving my grandsons Thanksgiving treats. Kudos Ryan!

Returned a lost dog here. Nicely kept grounds!

I have rented 2 garages for over 10 years and I cant understand why you allow your tenants to throw their garbage bags on the ground by your locked dumpsters and they also have garbage bags on their patios, which has led to rats being in my garage. They have destroyed 2 antique chairs and a antique couch and chewed through a bunch of boxes. This is just digusting considering how much you charge for rent.
