We went to look @ property & office was closed @ 2:30 on a Thursday. Waited, no one came back. Called, left a message. No call back.

Horrible management. This place should be renamed section 8 lakes. they do not fix appliances. So lazy won't call actual repair people instead of the dimwits Billy has working for him. Billy is a rude and disrespectful person. He is a racist. He needs better people skills. Billy should be fired for his unprofessional behavior. I can add the screenshots of his threats to me that he sent in a private text. This guy is unhinged.

What a special place this community is… beautiful, clean and great location. But, they also have something, or rather someone, who makes the place even better and more special. Their leasing consultant, Morgan, is truly one of the most delightful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She’s an incredible listener and communicator. Morgan is not just knowledgeable about the product she represents, but is a sharp gal with that perfect mix of professionalism, fun and kindness that makes you comfortable from “Hello”. She’s as genuine as can be, and has a smart fashion sense, too! Morgan is what every business should aspire to have representing their company. She’s the real deal! Thanks for all your time and help, Morgan! You are the best!!!
