I love living at Sunfield Lakes. The manager Morgan is always helpful and the maintenance is always helpful, fast and kind.

From my very first day touring Sunfield Lakes, I knew this was the right place for me. I was greeted by the property manager, Morgan, who was kind, knowledgeable, and full of positive energy. She answered every question I had and encouraged me to ask more. I was a bit indecisive about which unit to choose, and she took the time to show me all of my options so I could make the best decision. As a single mom, finding the right home is incredibly important, and I’ve only heard amazing things from neighbors about the safety and sense of community here. Shortly after moving in, they even started a community food pantry, which really shows the kind of environment this is. Maintenance has also been fantastic - very responsive and clearly skilled, making sure any issues are taken care of quickly. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a place to call home in Sherwood, this is it. Thank you, Sunfield Lakes!

Apartment complex is lovely. Ismael and Ryan who are a great team over at Sunfield Lakes are affable, professional, efficient and dedicated. I have been greatly impressed with both of them and very thankful for them and this community. The manager Morgan is caring , attentive and swiftly responsive. Highly recommend👍🏻👍🏻
